Customer Goods Legal Liability
Broad form coverage protecting the insured’s legal liability for the loss or damage to customer’s personal property, including property stored in the open.

Sale & Disposal Legal Liability
Coverage for claims against the insured for negligent acts arising from the sale, removal and disposition of customer’s property when reclaiming rented space.

Umbrella
Higher limits of comprehensive business liability coverage for self storage operations, up to $5 million. It is included in the program and is above the customer’s goods legal liability and sale and disposal liability.
